Here is Leïa. Since her owner went in a nursing home, Leïa needs a new family. She used to be a princess at home so now she has some troubles with obedience but she’s eager and willing to please. Along with the proper amount of exercise and a firm pack leader, she would be a very good dog and a great family companion.
Welcome to Brindleton Bay - Residential and Community Lot Dump
I have finally finished the C+D Buildmode addon I have been working on, which means I am now free to share these lots since all content is available for download. I really enjoyed building in this world. The architecture that suits the scenery is one of my favourite styles to build and decorate with the Cape Cod and Hamptons feel. its airy by welcoming at the same time.
There are 16 lots in total, 5 of which are fully furnished Community lots (with minimal testing, sorry), and 11 residential Unfurnished lots. I do plan to eventually do furnished lots, I am just really slow LOL. Anyway, hope you enjoy.
As a side note, the vet is only small at the moment as i left it that way so it could be expanded by the owners. It currently has 2 examination rooms and 1 surgery room but with 2 ground floor rooms vacant and the entire second floor open for expansion, it will grow with whoever plays it. It works perfectly fine as it was the lot I am playing my vet in. The park is also just a heavily landscaped Maxis park, but i included it for completion sake.
Hi all, both Windows and Mac versions of Studio are updated today for the Seasons expansion pack. These versions both have a basic batch fix that will tag some CAS items with the new Seasons tags.
As the tagging is a bit complicated this time around, I have fully explained how this batch fix works and what it will do HERE. The post at that link includes a complete list of every type of item that the batch fix will tag and how it will tag it and explains why it will not tag every kind of CAS item. Please read about the fix before applying it.
I also want to point out that everyone should check the results of the batch fix in the game BEFORE deleting the backup folder Studio makes. DO NOT delete your backup until you’re satisfied that the batch fix did not make changes you don’t want. Once the backup folder is deleted from your computer, you cannot reverse the results of the batch fix, so make sure you’re happy with with the changes BEFORE deleting the backup.
Maristella Plus is a re-do of Oasis Springs that also includes the lots (but not the households) from my Newlyn Hills (Newcrest), Blythe Harbor (Willow Creek), and Lynport (Magnolia Promenade) worlds, as well some bonus lots for the rest of the worlds.
Maristella itself was inspired by Southern California, namely cities like Palm Springs, San Diego, and Los Angeles. It’s a mix of hipster and hippie-ish, with a variety of families and single Sims. You can see more pics of the households and individual lots by visiting my Maristella tag.
The Sims in this save file are a mix of the EA pre-made households and households that I’ve created. Most of the pre-mades in the worlds I redid are on their same lot (different house) except for the Goths who had to move since their lot became a cafe. The Oasis Springs pre-mades aren’t living in any world (aside from Johnny Zest who got a makeover and more trailers on his lot). Also I deleted the pre-made vampire households because I didn’t want the save becoming a vamp fest. ;) Feel free to delete or edit any of the households/Sims as you wish.
